- Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead the creation of engaging content for various platforms including press releases, newsletters, social media, and corporate publications
- Manage media relations, coordinate press conferences, and serve as the primary media contact
- Oversee internal communications to ensure consistent messaging across all departments
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify communication opportunities
- Supervise and mentor the communications team, providing guidance and professional development
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing communications teams
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Knowledge of digital media, social platforms, and content marketing
- Experience working in the financial services industry is a plus
