- Lead the development and implementation of business capability hubs to support organizational transformation
- Oversee corporate service functions including HR, IT, finance, and operations
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align corporate services with strategic business objectives
- Develop and execute strategies for optimizing service delivery and operational efficiency
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals across multiple service areas
- Implement performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in corporate services or business transformation
- Proven track record of managing business capability centers or similar service hubs
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Deep understanding of business process optimization methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in the dairy or food manufacturing industry is a plus
