Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze operational costs to identify variances from budgeted amounts
- Develop and maintain comprehensive cost reporting systems and databases
- Conduct regular audits of expenses and financial processes
- Collaborate with department heads to understand cost drivers and implement cost-saving measures
- Prepare detailed financial reports for management review and decision-making
- Implement and improve cost control procedures across all operations
- Forecast future costs based on historical data and business trends
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting or financial control
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various departments
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Experience in the manufacturing or paint industry is preferred
