Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design high-quality packaging labels, POSM materials, and marketing collateral that align with brand guidelines.
- Manage end-to-end event planning and execution, including vendor selection, logistics coordination, and on-site supervision.
- Create engaging digital marketing assets, including social media graphics, banners, and promotional visuals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies and ensure visual consistency across all channels.
- Oversee event setup, decoration, and breakdown to ensure a seamless attendee experience.
- Maintain an organized inventory of design files, event equipment, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and incorporate them into design concepts.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and event coordination.
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, POSM, and event-related creative work.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
- Valid driver's license is preferred for event travel requirements.
