Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely collection of payments
- Conduct comprehensive credit reviews and risk assessments for new and existing clients
- Lead dispute resolution processes for payment discrepancies and billing issues
- Generate monthly/quarterly collections reports and performance analytics
- Ensure team compliance with credit policies, SOX requirements, and internal controls
- Develop and implement collection strategies to improve cash flow cycles
- Manage and mentor the collections team through performance coaching and training
- Collaborate with sales and operations to resolve account discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of credit and collections experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in credit risk assessment and AR management systems
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to handle sensitive payment discussions
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and financial reporting standards
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing industry preferred
