Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize accounts receivable to ensure timely collections
- Conduct credit assessments and establish credit limits for clients
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and account reconciliations
- Generate monthly aging reports and financial statements
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve credit-related issues
- Implement and improve credit control policies and procedures
- Coordinate with external collection agencies when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
