Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and update customer databases within CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Design and implement automation workflows using tools like Zapier or Make to streamline business processes.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of client information.
- Assist in lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns through email automation.
- Generate and analyze performance reports to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding system updates and technical issues.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and automation tools (Zapier, Make, ActiveCampaign).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of HTML or web management is a plus.
- Dedication to providing high-quality support and maintaining strict data confidentiality.
