Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in CRM campaign management and marketing automation
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization
- Familiarity with customer segmentation strategies and personalization techniques
- Knowledge of privacy regulations (PDPA, GDPR) and data security best practices
