Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement innovative curriculum aligned with educational standards and institutional goals
- Lead a team of curriculum developers and educational specialists in creating engaging learning materials
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of curriculum effectiveness and make necessary improvements
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends, methodologies, and technologies to ensure curriculum relevance
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and stakeholders to gather feedback and implement curriculum enhancements
- Develop training programs for teachers on new curriculum implementation and instructional strategies
- Monitor student progress and academic outcomes to evaluate curriculum effectiveness
- Manage curriculum resources, including textbooks, digital materials, and educational technology
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, educational planning, or related field
- Strong knowledge of educational theories, pedagogical approaches, and curriculum design principles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop staff
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders including teachers, administrators, and parents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in educational technology and curriculum management software
