Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver responsive student support via multiple channels (in-person, phone, email) with 24-hour turnaround standards
- Coordinate academic advising sessions and course registration processes
- Develop and implement intervention strategies for at-risk students
- Collaborate with faculty to address academic and behavioral concerns
- Manage student records and maintain compliance with data protection regulations
- Facilitate orientation programs and workshops on campus resources
- Generate progress reports and analytics for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in student services or education administration
- Advanced proficiency in CRM and student information systems
- Certification in counseling or conflict resolution preferred
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with crisis management experience
- Proficiency in English and at least one other local language
