We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education (SPED) or Special Needs Education (SNED) Teacher to join our educational team in Marikina Heights, Metro Manila. This is a full-time opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children aged 3 to 15. We are looking for an educator who is not only knowledgeable in specialized teaching methodologies but also possesses the patience and empathy required to nurture young minds with diverse learning needs.

- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to the specific needs of students with learning disabilities.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social and emotional growth.
- Collaborate with parents and other professionals to coordinate care and support services.
- Utilize various assistive technologies and adaptive learning tools to enhance student engagement.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement and behavior modification strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- Valid Professional Teacher's License (LET) or appropriate certification in Special Education.
- Experience working with children aged 3-15, specifically with special needs or developmental delays.
- Strong understanding of various learning disabilities such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down Syndrome, or Intellectual Disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
