Join Acquire Intelligence as a Project-Based Training Specialist and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our corporate training programs. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging e-learning content, interactive modules, and multimedia learning experiences. In this role, you will translate complex technical and business concepts into accessible, high-quality digital training materials that drive learner engagement and knowledge retention.
Your primary focus will be on the end-to-end development of e-learning assets, ensuring they align with organizational learning objectives and industry best practices. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather requirements, storyboard content, and implement robust learning solutions that meet the diverse needs of our workforce. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop interactive e-learning courses, micro-learning modules, and multimedia assets using modern authoring tools.
- Conduct instructional needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop appropriate training strategies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather accurate content and ensure technical feasibility.
- Utilize tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate to build engaging learning experiences.
- Apply adult learning principles (andragogy) and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) to optimize content delivery.
- Ensure all learning materials are accessible, responsive, and compliant with web standards.
- Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and visual consistency before deployment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning & Development Specialist, or E-learning Developer.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar).
- Strong understanding of multimedia design principles, graphic design (Photoshop/Illustrator), and video editing.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be willing to work onsite at our Ortigas, Metro Manila office.
