- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and ensure efficient clinic workflow
- Provide detailed information on veterinary services, treatments, and pet care products
- Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with veterinary team to ensure seamless client experiences
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years customer service experience in healthcare or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in office software and basic medical record systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Compassion for animals and empathy toward pet owners
