Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve product/service inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed KPIs for response time and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for service improvement
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 graduate in any field
- 1+ year customer service experience preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work rotating shifts if required
- Highly detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities
