You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our customers achieve their strategic goals, optimize their financial planning processes, and maximize their ROI.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for assigned Enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive customer adoption and value realization by conducting deep-dive workshops and strategic reviews.
  • Facilitate the design and implementation of robust planning models tailored to complex business scenarios.
  • Conduct regular health checks and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) to track progress and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence product roadmap enhancements.
  • Provide comprehensive training and enablement to internal teams and external clients on Anaplan best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate risks within the customer lifecycle to ensure long-term partnership success.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within the SaaS or Enterprise Planning space.
  • Strong working knowledge of Anaplan’s platform and EPM methodologies is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and operational stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving business value.
  • Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
