- Lead and execute end-to-end cutover plans for enterprise IT migrations, ensuring zero-downtime transitions
- Develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans for critical system changes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders
- Monitor real-time cutover activities, making critical decisions during execution windows
- Document post-implementation reviews and optimize future migration methodologies
- Ensure compliance with ITIL frameworks and organizational change management protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience leading cutover/migration projects in enterprise environments
- Proven expertise in ITIL, COBIT, or similar IT governance frameworks
- Strong background in risk management and business continuity planning
- Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2) or IT service management (ITIL)
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management across all levels
- Experience with cloud migrations (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid infrastructure
