Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately input financial transactions and accounting data into database systems
- Verify and reconcile data entries to ensure 100% accuracy
- Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies
- Process and document daily financial transactions with proper coding
- Generate preliminary reports from accounting data for supervisor review
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies through systematic verification
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; accounting background preferred
- Minimum 6 months experience in data entry or accounting role
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and terminology
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with error-free output
