Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts aligned with client specifications and brand identity
- Manage end-to-end project execution including scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone tracking
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely material procurement and installation
- Prepare detailed design documentation including floor plans, 3D renderings, and material specifications
- Conduct client presentations and revisions to refine design proposals until approval
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical or logistical challenges proactively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in design coordination or project management
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating spatial planning and material selection expertise
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
