Tanggung Jawab
- Lead luxury jewellery design projects from concept development to final production
- Manage and mentor a team of junior designers to foster creative growth
- Develop innovative CAD concepts using industry-standard software (Rhino, Matrix, etc.)
- Establish and maintain design standards, SOPs, and quality control protocols
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure manufacturability and cost efficiency
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and design opportunities
- Present design collections to stakeholders and refine concepts based on feedback
- Oversee the creation of technical specifications and material sourcing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Jewellery Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in luxury jewellery design with 3+ years in leadership
- Expert proficiency in CAD/CAM software and 3D rendering tools
- Deep understanding of gemology, materials science, and manufacturing techniques
- Proven track record of managing design teams and cross-functional projects
