- Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies across multiple platforms
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns to improve organic and paid search rankings
- Design, implement, and monitor paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and emerging trends in digital advertising
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate regular reports to demonstrate ROI
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visual content
- Stay up-to-date with digital advertising platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Manage digital advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising and marketing
- Proven track record of managing successful SEO/SEM and paid social media campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads
- Excellent understanding of digital advertising platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
