Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize ad spend and improve lead generation rates.
- Conduct market research to identify new advertising opportunities and target audience insights.
- Create compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing page experiences to drive high conversion rates.
- A/B test various advertising elements to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports and presentations for stakeholders to track progress against goals.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality visual assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in digital advertising, PPC, or performance marketing.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Deep understanding of lead generation funnels and customer acquisition lifecycles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
