- Lead the development and execution of the CIB data transformation roadmap
- Establish enterprise-wide data governance frameworks and quality standards
- Drive adoption of data analytics tools and platforms across business units
- Champion change management initiatives to embed data-driven practices
- Oversee data literacy programs and capability building across the organization
- Ensure compliance with APAC regulatory requirements (MAS, HKMA)
- Collaborate with technology teams on data architecture modernization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- 12+ years of experience in data management, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in data transformation within banking/financial services
- Expertise in data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- Knowledge of APAC regulatory landscape (MAS, HKMA, PBOC)
- Experience with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI)
