- Lead execution of Equinix's energy operations and clean tech strategy across APAC markets
- Develop and implement innovative energy efficiency programs for data center infrastructure
- Drive adoption of renewable energy sources and carbon reduction initiatives
- Manage cross-functional teams including energy engineers, sustainability specialists, and facility managers
- Collaborate with government bodies and industry partners on clean tech policy development
- Oversee capital planning and implementation of energy infrastructure upgrades
- Report on sustainability KPIs and energy performance metrics to executive leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years experience in energy operations, sustainability, or clean tech leadership
- Proven track record of managing large-scale energy infrastructure projects
- Deep knowledge of APAC energy markets and regulatory frameworks
- Expertise in data center energy optimization and PUE reduction strategies
- Strong financial acumen for energy budget management and ROI analysis
- Experience with ESG reporting frameworks and carbon accounting standards
