Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and strategic planning for the district, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives to maximize individual and team performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and healthcare professionals.
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective promotional campaigns and ensuring proper product visibility.
- Manage the district budget, forecast sales accurately, and ensure profitability targets are met.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG or Healthcare sector.
