Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics using CAD software.
- Modify and update existing drawings based on engineering feedback and project revisions.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure design accuracy and compliance with building codes.
- Prepare and organize project documentation, including material lists and technical reports.
- Perform quality control checks on drawings to identify and correct errors before submission.
- Assist in the layout and design of residential or commercial structures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Draftsman or CAD Specialist.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant CAD/3D modeling software.
- Strong knowledge of architectural and engineering standards, materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Onsite availability in Davao City.
