Tanggung Jawab
- Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with content creators and affiliate partners across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada
- Design, execute, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and sales conversion
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and implement data-driven optimizations
- Develop affiliate program strategies aligned with brand objectives and platform policies
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure cohesive integration of affiliate initiatives
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify emerging affiliate trends and opportunities
- Manage affiliate budgets and negotiate commission structures with partners
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce
- Proven track record of managing affiliate programs on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards)
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities with content creators and partners
- Deep understanding of Southeast Asian e-commerce landscape and consumer behavior
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing compliance and platform regulations
