Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce and digital marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Manage and optimize product listings and storefronts on major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Oversee social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to increase engagement and follower growth.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO audits to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers effectively.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance using Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visual content for digital campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in e-commerce and digital marketing roles.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and brand voice.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
