- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners aligned with our brand values and target audience
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our affiliate network across relevant digital channels
- Negotiate favorable commission structures and terms with affiliate partners to maximize ROI
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing regular reports and optimization recommendations
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and promotional alignment
- Implement and manage affiliate marketing campaigns, including creative development and promotional materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliate partners, fostering long-term partnerships

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner acquisition, or related field
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing affiliate programs
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable partnership terms
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret performance metrics and data
- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking technologies
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
