Tanggung Jawab
- Process and validate payroll data for 15+ EMEA countries ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Manage statutory filings, tax declarations, and year-end payroll reporting across jurisdictions
- Develop and maintain payroll documentation including process manuals and audit trails
- Conduct regular payroll audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity
- Stay updated on evolving EMEA payroll regulations and implement necessary compliance changes
- Support system implementations and upgrades for payroll processing platforms
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 3+ years payroll experience
- Expert knowledge of EMEA payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in payroll software (SAP, Workday, or Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in complex data processing
- Experience managing multi-country payroll operations and cross-functional collaboration
- Professional certification in payroll (CPP, FPC) or equivalent preferred
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
