Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain sputtering equipment for thin-film deposition processes
- Monitor and optimize process parameters to ensure product quality and yield
- Perform material characterization and analysis using SEM/EDS/XRD techniques
- Document experimental data and maintain process documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Adhere to cleanroom protocols and safety standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of vacuum technology and thin-film processes
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing environments
- Basic knowledge of statistical process control (SPC)
- Ability to work in cleanroom conditions with PPE requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
