You will be instrumental in supporting our laboratory's quality management system, conducting regular audits, and implementing best practices that align with ISO standards.
In addition to maintaining documentation and procedures, you will assist with routine checks on analytical instruments, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy. Your responsibilities will also include managing inventory of critical lab supplies, coordinating calibration schedules, and participating in internal quality control initiatives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update the laboratory's quality management system documentation
- Conduct routine checks and calibration of analytical instruments
- Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment
- Support internal and external ISO audits
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures
- Train laboratory staff on quality management protocols
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions
- Prepare regular reports on quality metrics and compliance status
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Science, Technology, or related field
- Certification in ISO standards or quality management systems preferred
- Previous experience in laboratory quality assurance
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Familiarity with analytical instruments and equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Good communication skills for reporting and training
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
