Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily quality control laboratory operations and workflows.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of laboratory technicians and analysts.
- Ensure full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), GLP, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the execution of testing procedures, data integrity, and reporting.
- Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for lab activities.
- Conduct internal audits and manage non-conformance reports to drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance, to resolve quality issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in QC or Laboratory Management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong working knowledge of GMP, GLP, ISO standards, and regulatory affairs.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and data management systems (LIMS).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated, and deadline-driven environment.
