Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute experiments focusing on kidney physiology, pathology, and stem cell differentiation protocols.
- Perform advanced molecular and cellular techniques, including cell culture maintenance, transfection, and molecular assays (PCR, Western blot, Flow Cytometry).
- Analyze experimental data using appropriate statistical methods and prepare detailed reports for publication or internal review.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, including experimental logs, data sheets, and inventory management.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and principal investigators to achieve project milestones.
- Stay abreast of the latest scientific literature and methodologies relevant to the specific research focus.
- Assist in the procurement of necessary reagents and equipment for the laboratory.
Kualifikasi
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field with a focus on kidney biology, stem cell research, or molecular genetics.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant postgraduate research experience in a molecular biology laboratory setting.
- Strong proficiency in standard molecular biology techniques and cell culture methodologies.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot experimental problems and interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
