We are seeking a highly skilled Executive, Informatics to join our client's dynamic team in the Healthcare sector. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in Power BI and Tableau to transform raw data into actionable insights, driving operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. This position requires a unique blend of technical proficiency in IT automation and a deep understanding of healthcare informatics.
Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and maintaining complex data visualizations that monitor key performance indicators. You will work closely with medical and administrative stakeholders to identify data gaps, streamline reporting processes, and implement automation solutions that reduce manual workload. By ensuring data integrity and compliance with healthcare standards, you will play a crucial role in optimizing patient care delivery and organizational performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and maintenance of interactive dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau for healthcare reporting.
- Design and implement IT automation strategies to streamline data collection and reporting workflows.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant healthcare data governance regulations.
- Produce regular performance reports and presentations for executive leadership to support strategic planning.
- Optimize database queries and reporting tools to enhance system performance and user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in data visualization using Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Strong background in IT automation and process improvement within a healthcare or corporate environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear, concise insights.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is highly desirable.
