Tanggung Jawab
- Perform external audits for diverse client portfolios including manufacturing, retail, and service sectors
- Prepare detailed audit workpapers and financial statements in compliance with PSA and IFRS
- Conduct risk assessments and internal control evaluations for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with senior auditors to develop audit programs and methodologies
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients through clear written reports
- Assist in tax compliance reviews and accounting advisory services
- Utilize audit software (e.g., Caseware, ACL) for data analysis and process automation
- Participate in client meetings to understand business operations and audit requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (Cum Laude preferred) or related field
- CPA license is mandatory
- 1-3 years of external audit experience in public accounting
- Strong knowledge of PSA, IFRS, and Philippine Tax Code
- Proficiency in audit software (IDEA, Caseware) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
