Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Ensure strict compliance with BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) regulations and financial reporting standards
- Lead and develop the finance team through mentorship, performance management, and strategic delegation
- Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and regulatory submissions
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems
- Collaborate with department heads on financial planning and strategic initiatives
- Manage banking relationships and optimize cash flow operations
Kualifikasi
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license mandatory
- Minimum 5+ years in finance management with direct BSP regulatory experience
- Proven track record leading finance teams of 3+ professionals
- Expertise in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax compliance
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
