Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full accounting cycle including AP/AR, GL maintenance, and month-end closing
- Execute financial planning & analysis (FP&A) activities including budgeting and forecasting
- Utilize SAP for financial data entry, reconciliation, and system optimization
- Generate financial reports and management dashboards using advanced Excel functions
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with departments to support financial decision-making and process improvements
- Analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting/finance roles
- Proficiency in SAP FICO modules and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and Singapore accounting regulations
- Experience with financial reporting, variance analysis, and budgeting
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
