Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely payment collection
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accurate reconciliation
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and filings
- Develop financial reports for management decision-making and stakeholder communication
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Maximum 35 years of age
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
