PT Meyer Proteindo Prakarsa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance & Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic team. We are a stable and long-established food company dedicated to quality and excellence. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting.

You will be based at our offices in Cipondoh and Alam Sutera, Tangerang, where you will oversee the daily accounting functions and drive financial efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Supervise and mentor the junior accounting team, ensuring high productivity and accuracy in all tasks.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Manage bank reconciliations and ensure all financial records are up to date and accurate.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during annual audits and tax filings.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and government financial regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in a similar supervisory role within the manufacturing or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Valid Tax Professional Certification (SKPP) is a plus.
