Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
- Manage financial reporting and compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS)
- Develop and maintain robust budgeting and forecasting models for LNG trading activities
- Analyze trading-related financial data to support strategic decision-making and risk mitigation
- Spearhead month-end/year-end closing processes and audit preparations
- Lead finance team performance and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with trading operations to ensure accurate revenue recognition and cost allocations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience in energy or commodities trading
- Expertise in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams
- Knowledge of LNG market dynamics and trading operations is highly advantageous
