Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive cost control systems and financial reporting frameworks
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and variances
- Collaborate with department heads to establish realistic budgets and monitor performance
- Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Implement process improvements for financial operations and reporting efficiency
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial control reports for senior management
- Mentor and develop the finance team to enhance analytical capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance controlling or cost management roles
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Expertise in Indonesian GAAP and financial regulations
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
- Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA) or equivalent preferred
