Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger maintenance and month-end closing
- Prepare accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to support strategic planning
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and working capital optimization
- Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting for operational insights
- Coordinate internal audits and liaise with external auditors
- Implement and enhance financial controls and accounting systems
- Support tax planning and compliance with Singapore regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CMA)
- Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience in Singapore
- Expertise in Singapore FRS/IFRS and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/Oracle and MS Excel with macros
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Proven experience in process improvement and system implementation
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial reporting
