You will be responsible for monitoring the full asset lifecycle, preparing comprehensive capital management reports, and ensuring full regulatory compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets from acquisition to disposal.
- Prepare and reconcile capital management reports and schedules.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular asset verification and stocktaking exercises.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize capital expenditure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in capital management or fixed assets.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MAS (Malaysian Accounting Standards).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
