Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate data for 14,000+ lease contracts
- Administer lease accounting processes including recognition, measurement, and disclosure
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports for lease portfolios
- Ensure compliance with IFRS 16 and regulatory requirements
- Support month-end and year-end close processes with lease reconciliations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve lease accounting issues
- Implement process improvements for lease data management efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of lease accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS 16/ASC 842 standards
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Proven experience in month-end close procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
