Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with MFRS and local regulations.
- Develop, manage, and monitor the annual budget and financial forecasts to ensure strategic financial targets are met.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, conducting performance reviews and fostering professional development.
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategic business improvements.
- Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with IT and Security project teams to support capital expenditure planning and project ROI analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or MIA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance management, with a strong preference for experience in the IT or Security industry.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Proven track record of leading a finance team and managing large-scale budgets.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
