Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and ensure timely reporting
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and treasury operations
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls
- Lead financial audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with department heads on financial planning initiatives
- Prepare executive financial reports and board presentations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive finance experience in manufacturing/chemical industry
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Expert knowledge of Philippine GAAP, BIR regulations, and tax compliance
- Proven leadership ability with team management experience
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations
- High attention to detail with problem-solving aptitude
