We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join Sanmina's finance team in Perai, Penang. This pivotal role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving strategic financial planning. You'll serve as the primary finance liaison for both internal stakeholders and external customers, delivering expert guidance on financial matters while maintaining transparent communication channels. The position requires collaboration with executive leadership to optimize financial performance, analyze trends, and support data-driven decision-making. You'll manage month-end closing processes, prepare accurate financial reports, and implement robust controls to safeguard company assets. This role offers an opportunity to influence financial strategy while contributing to Sanmina's growth in the manufacturing sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review
- Handle customer and internal finance-related inquiries with timely, accurate resolutions
- Collaborate with executive team as finance representative to support strategic planning
- Oversee budgeting processes, variance analysis, and forecasting initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian financial regulations and company policies
- Develop financial models and KPIs to monitor operational performance
- Coordinate external audits and maintain relationships with financial institutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CPA/CIMA certification preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement across all levels
- Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial finance environments
- Deep understanding of Malaysian GAAP and tax regulations
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced settings
