We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join the dynamic team at Nohad Sdn Bhd and its group of companies. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strict compliance with regulatory standards, and the overall financial health of the organization. You will act as a key business partner to senior management, providing strategic insights that drive decision-making, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will lead the finance team, oversee daily accounting operations, and implement robust financial controls to mitigate risk. You will manage end-to-end accounting processes, including financial statement preparation, strategic budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional looking to make a significant impact within a growing group of companies in a strategic location in Selangor. You will also be tasked with identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing working capital to ensure the company's financial stability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements, management accounts, and budgets to the board of directors.
- Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations, accounting standards (MAS), and company policies.
- Oversee cash flow management and treasury operations to ensure liquidity and solvency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and tax filings.
Kualifikasi
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or a recognized Degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar Finance Manager role, preferably within a manufacturing or corporate group.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is preferred.
