We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead critical financial operations, specifically within Work-in-Progress (WIP) management, project costing, and financial consolidation. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the financial steward for key projects, ensuring accurate cost tracking and profitability analysis.

You will be responsible for consolidating financial data from multiple sources, identifying variances, and providing actionable insights to drive project efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting and project costing analysis.
- Perform complex financial consolidation processes to ensure accurate group-wide reporting.
- Utilize AWS and VB technologies to develop and maintain financial reporting tools and dashboards.
- Analyze project budgets versus actuals to identify cost overruns and profit opportunities.
- Prepare and present monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards and internal control policies within project finance.
- Collaborate with project managers to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction finance, project accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in VB (Visual Basic) and familiarity with AWS for data management.
- Proven track record of managing WIP and project costing for large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between finance and operations.
