- Develop and manage comprehensive financial strategies for KLARIS Precision Health Research Clinic operations
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes for research-specific financial activities
- Ensure compliance with Singapore healthcare financial regulations and internal controls
- Collaborate with clinical research teams to align financial planning with research objectives
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting systems
- Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for research projects
- Present financial insights to senior leadership and research stakeholders
- Optimize resource allocation for clinical trials and precision health initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with CPA/ACCA/CMA certification
- Minimum 5+ years financial management experience in healthcare/research sectors
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of Singapore healthcare financial regulations and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Oracle) and financial software
- Experience managing financial operations for clinical research environments
